Top Carpooling and Ridesharing Apps in Panama Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the carpooling and ridesharing sector in Panama saw notable activity across the top five apps on a unified platform. The data provided by Sensor Tower reveals interesting trends in downloads and active user engagement.

inDrive. Save on city rides from SUOL INNOVATIONS LTD maintained a steady download rate, starting the quarter with around 8K downloads per week and peaking at 8.6K mid-April. However, there was a slight decline toward the end of June, closing with about 6.5K downloads. The app consistently engaged users, with weekly active users fluctuating between 68K and 73K.

Uber - Request a ride experienced a gradual increase in downloads, beginning at 2.6K and ending the quarter at 3.1K. Active user numbers also showed a positive trend, climbing from 51K to 56K by mid-June.

BipBip Rides saw a decline in downloads, starting with 2.9K and dropping to just over 100 by the end of June. Despite this, the app maintained steady user engagement, with active users hovering around 15K.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver showed a consistent pattern in downloads, ranging from 770 to 940. Active users remained stable, with a slight increase from 5.7K to 6.3K during the quarter.

Tylo entered the scene with a slow start but rapidly increased its downloads from 1.1K in early June to 4.4K by the end of the month.
